Terms and Conditions At the Reservation stage you will be asked to pay the reservation charge in full, this payment is non transferable and non refundable.

The card used for payment must be presented on check in for a pre authorisation for any extras.

• These bookings can not be used in conjunction to any other offers / promotions
• Rates already booked can not be transferred or exchanged to the late availability offer.
• All rates are based on a room only basis
• This page is updated daily however no guarantee can be given for rooms on offer that have already been sold
• These rates are non commissionable
• We can not accept Amex or Switch payments on the late availability offer.
